Resin Spray Nozzle "King Nozzle" S-100 Series

High flow type full cone nozzle, spraying up to 800 L/min at 0.5 MPa.

The 【TYPE-S-100】 is a full cone spray type large flow rate spray nozzle. There are four types available based on the mounting screw size, each offering two spray angles of 90° (M) and 120° (W). The type with the largest mounting screw size of 2-1/2” (S-104X) achieves a flow rate exceeding 800 L/min at 0.5 MPa. The mist particles are very large and can also be utilized for their impact force. (Due to the large particle size, our measurement method cannot measure particle diameter.) It is ideal for watering large cooling towers, as well as for cleaning, cooling, defoaming, and humidifying with large volumes of water.

[Case Study] Nozzle Switching

We would like to introduce a case where the "FloMax Nozzle Lance" was switched at a thermal power plant. At this location, the high frequency of nozzle maintenance was a problem, and two workers were performing the dangerous task of removing dried slurry that had accumulated on the nozzles for up to three hours every day. After the introduction, we successfully reduced costs by approximately 15 million yen annually due to a decrease in the consumption of compressor air used for injecting lime slurry. Dispensing/Spray Nozzle "DISPENSE & ATOMIZING Nozzle"

Optional nozzle for our high-speed electromagnetic valve "VHS Series." For dispensing: 10nL droplet ejection / For spraying: generates a fine mist with a hollow conical shape.

We provide nozzles that can achieve precise fluid dispensing or spraying. These nozzles are available in several different mounting styles and can be directly connected to the high-speed solenoid valve "VHS Series" or used with flexible tubing. When connected directly to the VHS valve, the flow between the valve sealing surface and the nozzle is minimized, improving the response time at the system level. The precision orifice incorporated into the dispensing nozzle allows for the application of accurate spherical droplets of approximately 10 nL, and by using multiple nozzles, applications in the milliliter range are also possible. The spray nozzles are available in both air-assisted and airless designs. The air-assisted nozzle achieves atomization with just 5 psi of liquid and air, while the airless nozzle achieves atomization with only 30 psi without the need for an external air source.
